Job summary

Skillset Senior College in the Central West of NSW invites an expert educator to deliver engaging lessons across Years 10–12, aligning with the NSW Education Standards Authority curriculum. You will foster connections with students, families and staff in a small, supportive setting that prioritises learning and wellbeing.

You will work with Wellbeing and Learning Support Teams to address academic, social and emotional needs, while modelling reflective practice and contributing to a positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Master of Teaching with NSW NESA accreditation.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Strong classroom practice with ability to differentiate and adapt to diverse learner needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Working with Children Check and NSW Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess high-quality learning programs aligned with the NSW syllabus.
• Teach across a range of subjects within the NESA curriculum.
• Build strong relationships with students to foster trust and engagement.
• Collaborate with Learning Support and Wellbeing teams to address academic, social and emotional needs.
• Create inclusive classrooms that celebrate diversity and student voice.
• Use flexible teaching approaches to make learning relevant and accessible.
