• Oversee Personalised Support Plans with clear adjustments and evidence for timelines.
• Engage in professional renewal to improve student outcomes and contribute to school life.
• Work with leadership and staff to support learning and pastoral care of students.
• Supervise students and foster positive relationships to support spiritual development.
• Involve the school and students in church life and community learning initiatives.
