You will collaborate with employers to understand business needs, provide tailored support and promote inclusive hiring practices in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current Driver's License is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable roles.
• Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity.
• Engage with employers to address skill shortages through inclusive recruitment.
• Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess compatibility.
• Prepare workplaces with adjustments and disability confidence training.
• Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
• Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
• Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider for people with disability.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion Breakthru’s values of inclusion and person-centred practice.
