Job summary

Breakthru is recruiting a Career Coach to work with participants, helping them explore goals, build confidence and move into meaningful employment. You’ll collaborate with employers to create opportunities, tailor support, and promote inclusive hiring practices in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

You will engage with diverse job seekers, provide tailored coaching, and maintain accurate records while delivering high-quality service and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience or genuine passion for employment services.
• Ability to meet KPIs and manage workload.
• Understanding of barriers faced by people with disability or health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Source and create career opportunities for clients.
• Champion inclusive employment and diversity.
• Engage with employers to address skill shortages through inclusive recruitment.
• Broker work experience to develop participant skills.
• Prepare workplaces with adjustments and disability confidence training.
• Deliver employer training to boost disability awareness.
• Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
• Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting career goals.
• Meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
