Qualifications

• Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of disability legislation and labour market trends.
• Current Driver’s License is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan career steps with clients and help them find suitable jobs.
• Build relationships to understand client goals and support needs.
• Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
• Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group programs.
• Collaborate with employers and community services to create employment pathways.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
