Job summary

genU is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Eastern Hub café site in Geelong. You will create a welcoming environment for customers while coaching and supporting employees of all abilities to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive at work.

In this role you will keep café operations running smoothly, mentor staff, maintain food safety and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in café/restaurant or similar environment
• Experience in disability employment or supported workplaces
• Budgeting, ordering and inventory management experience
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate
• Hospitality or business qualifications
