Job summary

Martian Logic Pty in Brisbane is seeking an Inclusive Café Team Leader to run our social enterprise café, empowering people with disability to gain hospitality skills and employment readiness. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations with the Café Site Coordinator, and uphold service standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting people with disability or diverse workforces is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach employees with disability to develop workplace skills and confidence.
• Support the Café Site Coordinator with daily café operations.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
• Assist in maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Support stock management, supplier relationships, stocktakes, and inventory control.
• Minimise waste and promote efficient business operations.
