St Patrick's Holbrook is seeking an Inclusive and Diverse Learning Coordinator to commence January 2027. This permanent part-time role (0.2 FTE) sits within a welcoming Catholic school community in Holbrook, NSW, and involves leading inclusive education practices and coordinating learning support for diverse learners.

• Temporary Coordinator Position (3 Years, with the option of another 3 years pending successful growth and renewal process)

• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education.
• Bachelor of Education. Desirable qualifications in Special Education or Inclusive Education.
• Classroom teaching experience (min 3 years)
• NSW Working with Children Check
• NSW NESA Accreditation
• Current First Aid qualifications or willingness to obtain
• Successful Candidate to Undergo a National Criminal History Check
• Understanding of the use of data to inform coordinator practice and student learning improvement.
• Demonstrate current knowledge of legislation and practices in regard to students with learning difficulties, disabilities and learning support needs through updated knowledge of:
  • Children and Young Persons(Care and Protection) Act, 1998
  • United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2006
  • Disability Discrimination Act, 1992
  • Disability Standards for Education, 2005
  • Alice Springs (Mparntwe)Education Declaration, 2019
  • Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) procedures and policies.
• Understanding and respect for professional confidentiality requirements.
