• Demonstrated ability to implement inclusion and learning improvement strategies.
• Ability to work with families and stakeholders to support student learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inclusion Team and promote Disability Inclusion across the college.
• Provide professional learning, coaching and MTSS-based support for staff.
• Build partnerships with families, staff and external services.
• Coordinate SSGs and develop IEPs to support students with disability.
• Develop targeted teaching programs to improve student outcomes in inclusion.
