• SC3 Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to drive improvement.
• SC4 Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills for working with students, colleagues, parents and the community.
• SC5 Demonstrated capacity to model department values and lead professional learning.
• SC6 Demonstrated capacity to implement the Disability Inclusion Fund initiative.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing whole-school improvement initiatives aligned to the school plan and priorities.
• Leading curriculum planning and delivery improvements across key areas.
• Providing professional development and development plans for teaching staff.
• Overseeing staff performance and development processes.
• Delivering demonstration lessons and coaching colleagues.
• Developing assessment and reporting policies and practices.
• Overseeing student welfare, discipline policies and school operations.
• Contributing to curriculum development in major learning areas.
• Participating in policy development and school governance.
