Responsibilities

• Student Support, Wellbeing and Family Partnerships: develop home–school partnerships and facilitate communication between students, families and teachers.
• Education Support Coordination and Staffing: develop timetables and match Education Support staff to students.
• Individual Planning and Documentation: support IEPs, SSG meetings and maintain documentation.
• Transition, Pathways and Student Placement: assist with enrolment and transition processes for new SWAN students.
• External Partnerships and Services: liaise with external partners as needed.
