Job summary

Perpetual Limited, a Sydney-based ASX-listed group, invites you to join Perpetual Corporate Trust’s Governance and Oversight team as Incident Manager. You will oversee incidents, breaches and complaints involving outsourced service providers, and support the outsourcing framework to manage business risk exposure.

Working with compliance, investment managers, custodians and administrators, you will investigate issues, challenge remediation plans and promote strong risk and customer outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree in law, business, accounting or economics.
• At least three years of financial services experience.
• Experience with managed funds and administrators/registries.
• Knowledge of managed investment schemes, regulations and risk frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

As Governance and Oversight Incident Manager, you will support an effective outsourcing framework that manages business risk exposure.
