Uplift Recruitment Pty is seeking an inbound Sales Representative for a full-time, office-based role in Sydney. You will speak with opt-in and inquiry customers to understand energy needs and guide them to informed decisions.

The opportunity

This is a full-time, office-based sales role with achievable on-target earnings of $110,000–$150,000 per year.

You’ll help customers understand energy solutions, work through their questions and make an informed decision.

This isn’t just answering enquiries and passing them on. You’ll take ownership of your opportunities, follow up and ask for the sale.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• You could bring experience from retail, customer service, telco, automotive, hospitality or another customer-facing environment. If you’ve worked towards targets, recommended products or services, or won repeat business through your follow-up, tell us about it.
