Uplift Recruitment Pty is seeking an inbound Sales Representative for a full-time, office-based role in Sydney. You will speak with opt-in and inquiry customers to understand energy needs and guide them to informed decisions.

You’ll own opportunities, follow up, handle objections and close sales while building accurate notes and a solid pipeline. If you connect with people, enjoy targets and learning new products, this is your chance to join a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Confidence speaking with customers and explaining value.
• Ability to listen, ask questions and respond to objections.
• Motivation to work towards targets and earn through performance.
• Good organisation and the discipline to follow through.
• Willingness to learn the products and take feedback on board.
• Availability to work full time close to the city and near public transport.

Responsibilities

• Speak with opt-in and inquiring customers over the phone to understand energy needs and priorities.
• Explain suitable energy solutions without overwhelming with technical jargon.
• Prepare and discuss quotes, handle objections and close sales.
• Follow up consistently and keep customers clear on the next step.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and a structured sales pipeline.
• Work towards activity and sales targets, and improve approach through feedback.
