SheShed, an Australian business supplying premium flat-pack cabins, seeks an enthusiastic inbound sales specialist to turn initial enquiries into positive outcomes. You will qualify opportunities and provide a warm handover to the sales team after understanding customers’ ideas, timing and budget.

You’ll respond quickly across website, phone, email, SMS and live chat, build rapport, and maintain clean CRM records.

Qualifications

• Build rapport with customers quickly and establish trust.
• Ask strong questions to uncover practical needs and emotional drivers.
• Communicate clearly by phone, email and text.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new website, phone, email, SMS and live-chat enquiries.
• Call customers to understand ideas, timing and outcomes.
• Qualify opportunities using the sales framework.
• Book discovery calls, virtual tours or appointments.
• Share customer stories and introductory information.
• Update HubSpot notes, tasks, stages and qualification info.
• Follow up active enquiries and nurture not-ready customers.
• Share insights with Sales and Marketing.
