Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is a Melbourne-based Australian-owned AI consulting and BPO company. We are hiring an Inbound Sales Consultant to handle calls for energy plans, matching customers with suitable options and driving sales from first contact to close.

You will work a Monday–Friday roster from 8:00am to 7:00pm, with in-person induction and ongoing coaching. Competitive base salary plus super and uncapped commission reflect performance, with incentives and rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Clear, warm communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Ability to meet targets consistently and honestly.
• Availability to work on-site in South Yarra with a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and turn customer enquiries into sales.
• Ask questions to understand needs and recommend the right plan.
• Explain pricing, plans and conditions clearly and accurately.
• Meet and exceed targets while maintaining call quality.
