Job summary

Zara Australia is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser to connect product with people, translating trends into compelling in-store displays that drive sales.

You will lead the team on the shop floor, monitor product flow, and adapt plans to changing style rhythms across weekdays and weekends. A genuine passion for fashion and customer behaviour is essential. Inditex staff discount applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or styling.

What you’ll do

• Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays
• Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas of the store
• Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product
• Support the team with daily visual priorities and commercial actions
• Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed to support the wider team

What we’re looking for

• Experience in visual merchandising or a strong eye for styling and product presentation
• Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
• A genuine interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour
• The ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly
• A collaborative approach and confidence guiding and influencing others
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Availability to work a 38-hour roster across weekdays and weekends
