Job summary

Zara Glenside in Australia is seeking a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find what they want during our peak trading period.

You'll build knowledge of fashion, stock and trends to make confident recommendations, support the shop floor, fittings, and payment areas, and assist customers with in-store and online options. A flexible, friendly team player will thrive in this fast-paced role.

We’re looking for people who can help create a considered, welcoming experience for customers while supporting the team through one of our busiest trading periods. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and a customer-focused approach to the store. You’ll connect with customers, help them find what they need and build your product knowledge so you can offer relevant recommendations and alternatives. You’ll also support the daily rhythm of the store — from fitting rooms and customer areas to replenishment and keeping the floor organised and ready to shop. This is a fixed-term casual opportunity, with contracts expected to commence from mid-October and conclude in mid-February.
