Zara on the Gold Coast is hiring a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to welcome customers and support the team during a busy season.

You’ll build product knowledge, make recommendations, assist in fitting rooms and on the shop floor, and help with in-store and digital shopping options. Availability across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays is required.

We’re looking for people who can help create a considered, welcoming experience for customers while supporting the team through one of our busiest trading periods. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and a customer-focused approach to the store. You’ll connect with customers, help them find what they need and build your product knowledge so you can offer relevant recommendations and alternatives. You’ll also support the daily rhythm of the store — from fitting rooms and customer areas to replenishment and keeping the floor organised and ready to shop. This is a fixed-term casual opportunity, with contracts expected to commence from mid-October and conclude in early February.
