Job summary

Inditex is seeking a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant in Sydney to provide a welcoming, customer-focused experience during peak trading weeks. You will connect with customers, understand their needs and offer helpful recommendations, while building product knowledge and supporting store routines.

You will assist across the shop floor, fitting rooms and payment areas, and help guests explore in-store and digital shopping options.

Job description

The Christmas season brings a different energy to the store. We’re looking for people who can help create a considered, welcoming experience for customers while supporting the team through one of our busiest trading periods. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and a customer-focused approach to the store.

You’ll connect with customers, help them find what they need and build your product knowledge so you can offer relevant recommendations and alternatives. You’ll also support the daily rhythm of the store — from fitting rooms and customer areas to replenishment and keeping the floor organised and ready to shop. This is a fixed-term casual opportunity, with contracts expected to commence from mid-October and conclude in early February.
