Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Legal work authorization in the country of employment.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right.
