You will support the Business Development Manager with enquiries, quotes and follow ups, while maintaining strong communication with the B2B and store teams. Exceptional customer service is essential across email, phone and in person.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience essential, preferably in the tool or industrial supply sector.
• Demonstrated time management, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Manager with B2B enquiries, quotes and follow ups.
• Maintain a high standard of communication with the B2B team and store team.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone and in person.
• Ensure customer requests are actioned promptly.
• Understand customer needs and proactively identify requirements.
