The Missing Link is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to support our growing organisation with practical, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of matters. Work closely with the General Counsel in a fast-growing technology and cybersecurity environment.

You will review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support governance and compliance, and help manage legal operations to enable confident business decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently admitted as solicitor in NSW and authorised to practise.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial/corporate or tech-focused law.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, supplier agreements and NDAs.
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, Delivery and Operations to provide practical legal advice and support commercial outcomes.
• Support corporate governance, compliance initiatives, policies and business-wide legal matters.
• Assist with legal risk management, dispute resolution and engagement with external advisers.
• Help maintain legal templates, playbooks, processes and knowledge resources.
