White Fox Boutique in Rosebery is seeking an experienced in-house Barista to own the coffee bar and surrounding areas. This role runs Monday to Friday with no weekends, focusing on high-quality coffee, boutique service, and a welcoming office culture.

You’ll handle bar setup and closures, stock management, cleanliness and latte art, while enjoying onsite parking and a clothing allowance with staff discounts. Join a creative office space with monthly events and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Proficient in making high-quality coffee and latte art.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of space.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and matcha drinks with speed and accuracy.
• Open and close the coffee bar, including machine setup and shutdown.
• Maintain coffee equipment, grinders and tools.
• Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory levels and supplier relationships.
• Receive stock deliveries and rotate inventory.
• Replenish snacks and supplies throughout the day.
• Keep seating areas tidy and welcoming.

This is a Monday - Friday role, no weekends needed. You’ll help run the coffee bar day-to-day, keeping it stocked, clean and flowing, and serving consistently great coffee to our team.

The Role

As our in-house Barista, you’ll be responsible for the full operation of the White Fox coffee bar and surrounding areas.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and matcha drinks with speed and accuracy
• Opening and closing the coffee bar, including machine setup, calibration and shutdown
• Maintaining coffee equipment, grinders and tools
• Keeping the coffee bar, machines and surrounding areas clean, organised and looking good
• Managing stock ordering, inventory levels and supplier relationships
• Receiving food and stock deliveries, unpacking and rotating inventory
• Replenishing snacks and supplies throughout the day
• Keeping the game area and surrounding seating spaces tidy and welcoming
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment & make great quality coffee
• Are confident working independently and taking full ownership of your space
• Take pride in cleanliness, presentation and consistency
