Qualifications

• Proven experience in phone-based sales and customer-facing roles.
• Experience in solar, energy, utilities, or subscription-based services is highly regarded.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way.
• A strong track record of converting enquiries into sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into sales through phone consultations and customer engagement
• Assess customers' energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of home energy technology
• Support customers throughout their journey, from enquiry to installation
• Provide first-level support and guidance on solar, battery and future energy products
• Work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, installations and payments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, customer communications and scripts
