Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant to service customers in Bondi Junction and surrounding Sydney areas, meeting clients in their homes to provide personalised advice on made-to-measure window coverings.

You will measure windows, prepare quotes, advise on fabrics, and aim to exceed sales targets. A full driver’s licence and being over 25 are required. OTE $70k–$100k, with a base of $60,738 plus super and monthly commissions.

• Background in sales, home improvement, retail, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Join one of Australia’s most recognised retailers specialising in homewares, arts, crafts and party essentials! They are expanding the custom window furnishings division and looking for a driven In-Home Sales Consultant to service customers in the Bondi Junction surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and interior solutions, who enjoys helping customers bring their home styling vision to life. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you’ll meet customers in their homes to provide personalised advice and solutions for made-to-measure window coverings.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Visiting customers to measure windows and prepare tailored quotes
• Offering expert product advice based on each customer’s style and needs
• Educating customers on available fabric options, features, and benefits
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through exceptional customer service

Experience & Qualifications

• Background in sales, home improvement, retail, or similar customer-facing roles
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to meet targets
• Must hold a full driver’s licence and be over 25 (insurance requirement)
