Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients in the Kingaroy area with in-home care, daily living activities, and companionship. You will spend time on the road making scheduled visits, delivering care that respects each client’s independence and dignity.

Essential qualifications include Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent and a valid Australian driver's license. The role offers casual loading and travel reimbursements, with salary packaging benefits and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
• Roadworthy vehicle insurance (Third Party Property minimum) is essential.
• Confidence with smartphones, tablets and computers for care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living support to clients.
• Assist with showering, meal prep, housework, laundry and ironing.
• Support clients with community activities and transport to appointments.
• Follow each client’s Care Plan and maintain records as required.
