Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support clients at home with holistic, client-focused care aligned to an established care plan. You will assist with activities of daily living, maintain client dignity, and promote independence in a respectful, compassionate manner.

Responsibilities include implementing personal care tasks, documenting services in Right at Home's CRM, collaborating with the care team, and adhering to WHS and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Home and Community Care is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates must be maintained.
• Enrolled nursing students/AINs may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assists with personal care activities per client care plan to support activities of daily living.
• Works within enablement and wellness principles to support client goals.
• Takes part in documenting services provided using the organisation's CRM system.
• Communicates with clients, families, and care team while maintaining confidentiality.
• Follows policies, safety and infection control procedures; participates in ongoing education.
