Job summary

Smart Energy Group is seeking an In-Home Energy Specialist for the Perth region. You will engage homeowners who have shown interest, with 10–15+ pre-booked and pre-qualified appointments weekly, guiding them through solar, battery and energy options.

Training and national support will be provided, with autonomy to run your pipeline and close high-value deals. This role offers uncapped commission, strong earning potential, and a career path within a fast-growing home electrification company.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face sales or high-value consultative sales.
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Self-driven with a strong closing ability.
• Flexible to work around customer appointment times.
• Solar sales experience is a bonus.

• Meet customers in their homes across Perth.
• Conduct detailed energy consultations and needs assessments.
