Smart Energy Group is seeking an In-Home Energy Specialist to work in Perth, delivering energy consultations and tailored solar, battery and smart energy solutions. You’ll meet homeowners with pre-booked appointments and guide them through high-value options to save money and reduce carbon footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face sales, business development, in-home sales or high-value consultative sales.
• A confident communicator who can build trust quickly.
• A self-driven, hungry mindset and a genuine desire to win.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to close.
• Flexibility to work around customer appointment times.
• Comfort working autonomously and managing your own pipeline.
• Solar sales experience is a bonus, but not essential for someone with the right sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers in their homes across Perth.
• Running detailed energy consultations and needs assessments.
• Recommending tailored solar, battery and home energy solutions.
• Explaining products, savings and next steps clearly.
• Closing warm, pre-qualified appointments.
• Managing your schedule around customer availability.
• Delivering a professional, trusted Smart Energy experience.
