Nextt is inviting compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide in-home support in West Pymble, NSW. You will help participants maintain daily routines and independence in a respectful, person-centred manner.

Shifts are early morning across a fortnightly roster, with rates including base, afternoon, night, and weekend/holiday premiums. A valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and relevant experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• NDIS screening and checks are required for this role.
• First Aid and CPR certification are essential.
• NDIS orientation on quality, safety and You is expected.

Aufgaben

• Provide person-centred support to maintain daily routines and independence.
• Assist with manual handling and safety.
• Support bowel care and catheter management as needed.
