Advantage Healthcare Support Nursing Agency is hiring a Disability Support Worker to support a young man in Tregear, NSW 2770. The role focuses on personal care, mobility, and community participation within a caring family environment.

Ideal for workers seeking extra shifts and ongoing opportunities. You will comply with NDIS screening, First Aid, and WWCC, and a valid driver’s licence is preferred for mobility and outings.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Hands-on experience with manual handling, hoists and other high-care skills.
• Compliance requirements: NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, WWCC.
• Australian driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers and mobility support using equipment.
• Support participation in home and community activities.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participant and family.
• Follow care plans and document activities accurately.
• Collaborate with family and care team to tailor support.
• Deliver practical support aligned with individual needs.
