Job summary

Nurse Next Door Penrith seeks experienced Disability Support Workers and Caregivers for in-home care across Penrith and surrounding suburbs. We value kindness, reliability and the ability to build rapport with clients in their own homes.

We offer flexible ongoing shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on making lives better and promoting independence for our clients. A valid driver’s license and WWCC are required at time of application.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Support (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care and community support.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home disability support to clients in Penrith and surrounding suburbs.
• Develop rapport with clients and ensure safety and comfort during visits.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and community integration.
• Support clients with flexible scheduling, including nights or weekends as needed.
