BaptistCare is seeking a Care Worker to support older Australians at home across Sydney. Part-time permanent role, with shifts typically 8am–5pm, and occasional later hours.

Travel between client locations is required within the Inner West, City, Sutherland Shire and Eastern Suburbs. Role involves personal care, household tasks and transport, with paid travel time and mileage and options for salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
• Reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication skills and patience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks including cleaning, meal preparation and transport.
• Provide personal care such as showering and dressing.
• Support clients to maintain independence and safety at home.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
