Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is hiring a Care Worker for At Home Services. You will support older Australians in their homes with daily tasks, meals, mobility and medication assistance, while building meaningful client relationships.

Travel between Cowra, Young and surrounding areas is required. Expect a supportive team with orientation, supervisor support, and access to mobile devices for care plans and rosters.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide personal care and household assistance with dignity.
• Comfortable assisting clients with daily activities including mobility, meal prep and medication support.
• Strong communication, resilience and patience when engaging clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, showering, dressing and meal preparation.
• Provide continence support, medication assistance and transport to appointments.
• Build genuine connections and help clients live independently at home.
