Job summary

The Bethanie Group is recruiting for a Scheduler in our Home Care team. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position based in our West Perth office, mainly office-based with some flexibility on start/finish times.

You will coordinate scheduling of in-home client services and handle communications via phone, email and SMS. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will ensure rosters include approved leave, training and attendance coverage, and you may work on Home Care projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling home care services.
• Preferable experience using AlayaCare.
• Strong customer-focused service and empathy for clients.
• Willingness to obtain vaccinations and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of services to home care clients.
• Provide professional service via phone, email and SMS.
• Ensure rostering/staffing information is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure rosters reflect approved leave, training and attendance coverage.
