Timeless Support Pty Ltd in Wangaratta is seeking reliable Aged Care Support Workers to join our local team. You will provide personal care and general domestic assistance in participants' homes, following care plans with compassion and dignity.

Qualificações

• A relevant qualification in aged care or individual support.
• Experience in personal care and general domestic assistance.
• Police check within 12 months before start date, in line with recruitment.
• Current First Aid and CPR training, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• General house cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry and ironing.
• Personal care: assisting with showering, toileting, dressing and compression wear.
• Shopping, meal planning and cooking for participants.
• Accompanying participants to appointments, outings and social activities.
• Providing companionship and encouraging independence.
• Following care plans and safe work practices.
• Recording visits and reporting concerns or changes in wellbeing.
