We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' own homes. Flexibility, strong communication, and a genuine passion for helping others are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle.
• Understanding of person-centred care principles.
• Manual Handling training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light domestic duties, cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Support clients with medication reminders and health monitoring.
• Escort clients to appointments, shopping and community activities.
• Report changes in client condition to care coordinators or registered nurses.
• Maintain documentation and uphold privacy and confidentiality.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance

• Support clients with medication reminders and general health monitoring
• Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and community activities as required
• Report changes in client condition to care coordinators or registered nurses
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold privacy and confidentiality standards
• Follow care plans and ensure safe manual handling practices at all times
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (required)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• A genuine passion for caring and helping others
• Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or home and community care
• Understanding of person-centred care principles
• Manual Handling training
