Job summary

Noosa Council invites an experienced aged care professional to lead the delivery and growth of our In-Home Services, helping older people live independently and safely at home. You will oversee client assessments, care planning, and reviews, and support a dedicated team of carers while collaborating with families and community partners to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.

This temporary position runs until 18 April 2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, community services, or a similar client-focused environment.
• Demonstrated experience in case management, client assessments, and care planning.
• Understanding of aged care compliance frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of In-Home Services, ensuring quality, compliance and person-centred care.
• Coordinate client onboarding, assessments, care reviews and ongoing service planning.
• Provide leadership, support and development for staff.
• Build relationships with clients, families and community partners to support growth and continuous improvement.
