Job summary

Shepparton Future Supports seeks Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to assist clients in their own homes around Shepparton and surrounds. The role includes in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite and transport.

Availability of at least 3 days per week is required. Applicants should have Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, current police/NDIS/Working with Children checks, a valid license, First Aid/CPR, influenza vaccination, and a reliable car with insurance.

Qualifications

• Current National Police Check
• NDIS Screening check/ Working with Children’s Check
• Valid driver’s license
• Influenza vaccination (required annually)
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
• Reliable car with insurance

Responsibilities

• In-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite and transport for clients.
• Willingness to travel to client’s home and support with domestic duties as needed
