Job summary

Future Supports is seeking compassionate Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to provide in-home services in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Join a team dedicated to helping older adults live independently at home, with dignity and respect.

Role involves in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite and transport; flexible arrangements and opportunities for growth. Applicants should have Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, and be willing to travel to clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Current National Police Check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable car with insurance.
• Influenza vaccination (required annually).
• Working with Children’s Check.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
• Willingness to travel to client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and respite services for clients.
• Assist with domestic duties and transport for clients.
• Travel to clients’ homes for service delivery as required.
