Job summary

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
• Current First Aid certificate/CPR
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
• Smart phone with internet access
• Medication Administration certificate is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
• Social support/transportation for activities and appointments
• Domestic assistance: light cleaning and meal preparation
• Assist with aids and personal equipment
• Support customers with complex needs
• Monitor wellbeing and report progress
• Provide updates on progress after each service
