Job summary

Sharp and Carter is recruiting a Physiotherapist for in-home aged care in Dee Why, NSW. You will deliver client-centred care to help older adults stay mobile and independent in their own homes.

Join a multidisciplinary team and perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with GPs and nurses. Requires 2+ years' musculoskeletal rehab, AHPRA registration, and a valid driver's license. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' experience in musculoskeletal and/or functional rehabilitation
• Community-based physiotherapy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently within community settings
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Current driver's licence
• Australian citizen or permanent resident status required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercise prescription and education
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build strong relationships with referral partners, including GPs
• Contribute to service development, education initiatives and community engagement
