Job summary

Sharp and Carter in Sydney's Northern Beaches invites a Physiotherapist to join its in-home aged care team in Dee Why, NSW. You will deliver client-focused care to older adults, helping them stay mobile, independent and safe at home.

With 2+ years in musculoskeletal or functional rehabilitation and current AHPRA registration, you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, document care, build referral partnerships, and contribute to service development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in musculoskeletal and/or functional rehabilitation.
• Community-based physiotherapy experience preferred.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercise prescription and education.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Build strong relationships with referral partners, including GPs.
• Contribute to service development, education initiatives and community engagement.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded provider of in-home aged care is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join its growing multidisciplinary team in Dee Why, NSW. You’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting older adults to live safely, independently and confidently in their own homes.

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality, client-focused care across the community, helping to improve mobility, independence and overall wellbeing. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals, nurses and care partners to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
