Job summary

Southern Cross Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant for a permanent part-time role, 56 hours per fortnight. You will deliver person-centred support to clients in their homes, helping maintain independence with a focus on dementia care.

A current Australian driver's licence and own insured vehicle are mandatory, with travel time and motor vehicle allowance provided. You will join a supportive team, gain access to the Bee Well discounts program, and enjoy salary packaging to maximise take-home

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care) required.
• Minimum of 3 months of demonstrated personal care experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
