Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementations. You will act as the primary contact across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with an excellent customer experience.

You will own project timelines, guide project teams, and maintain thorough documentation while building strong client relationships to drive adoption of our SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in SaaS implementations.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Experience working with end users, business owners and technology teams.

As a Project Manager working on SaaS Implementations, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of ELMO solutions for our customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with a great customer experience.

What you’ll be focused on:

• Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on track
• Guide customer project managers and project teams using ELMO’s implementation methodology
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and issues
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomesManage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with minimal disruption and clear impact communication
• Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation from kickoff through to closure
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and drive adoption of our SaaS solutions

More about you:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in a SaaS implementation environment
• Strong relationship-builder with both internal and external stakeholders (including senior business sponsors and technical teams)
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile or hybrid)
• Experience working with end users, business owners, and technology teams to drive project outcomes
• Good understanding of software delivery / development processes and how they intersect with client change management
• PM qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) with proven delivery experience are highly regarded
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and bringing structure to change
• Or, you’re an experienced HRIS/Payroll or SaaS implementation consultant looking to move formally into Project Management and own the full project lifecycle
