ADP is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a team delivering best-in-class HCM solutions for clients from our Cremorne HQ. The role blends people management, project governance and superior client delivery, with a focus on consistent quality and coaching for outcomes.

The role is permanent, full-time, with hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 remote) from our state-of-the-art head office in Cremorne, near Richmond Station.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership/management experience.
• Experience building talent within teams.
• Strong understanding of payroll, time and attendance systems.
• Experience as an escalation point and resolving issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a high-performing Implementation Manager to lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants delivering best-in-class HCM solutions to our clients.

This is a pivotal leadership role combining people management, project governance, and client delivery excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations —driving consistency, quality, and efficiency across engagements while coaching your team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

This permanent full-time role is based in our new state-of-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:

• Proven leadership / management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in building talent within teams.
• Strong understanding and experience in payroll, time and attendance systems.
• Demonstrated experience acting as an escalation point both internally and externally, utlitising effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
