Overview

ADP is hiring! We are looking for an experienced client-facing Project Manager to join our Implementation team in Australia/Japan.

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of external client implementation projects, including resource planning, budget allocation and scheduling. This role is based in our new Head Office located in Cremorne (400m walk from Richmond Train Station). Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive implementation plan for all projects.
• Ensure clients’ expectations and needs are accurately met and understood.
• Delegate and manage tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
• Manage issue resolution and act as the escalation point for project issues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a complex operational / implementation / service delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role, working as a vendor (essential).
• Payroll Implementation experience (advantage).
• Planning and resource scheduling skills with the ability to lead a team of people.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• PMBOK or other PM Qualifications. Membership of PMI or AIPM (desirable).
