Job summary

Oral Health Victoria is seeking an Implementation Lead to coordinate the Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) program and provide administrative support within the CIO Portfolio. You will help facilitate a statewide clinical systems transformation, enabling a centralized, modern, and secure clinical information environment across partner agencies.

The role requires coordinating SIT/UAT, data migration, testing, and deployment activities, reporting to the EoHR Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and the SDLC.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor program registers, schedules, milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across implementation workstreams.
• Coordinate data migration, system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, follow up outstanding actions, and escalate risks and issues to the Program Manager as required.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining testing registers, defect logs, and status reports.
• Support deployment readiness activities, post-go-live issue management, and warranty tracking.

Position Purpose

The Implementation Lead provides coordination, reporting, and administrative support across the Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) Program, reporting to the EoHR Program Manager within the CIO Portfolio.

Supporting a major statewide clinical systems transformation, this role helps facilitate the implementation of a centralised Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) solution, enabling a consistent, modern, and secure clinical information environment across partner agencies.

Role Accountabilities

• Maintain and monitor program registers, schedules, milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across implementation workstreams.
• Coordinate data migration, system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Role Requirements

Knowledge

Mandatory

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and MS Project.

Experience

Mandatory

• Experience coordinating activities across multiple projects or program workstreams.
• Experience supporting system testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation for diverse audiences.
