Job summary

OHV in Melbourne is seeking an Implementation Lead to coordinate the EoHR program across agencies, driving SIT/UAT and deployment readiness. This fixed-term, full-time role reports to the EoHR Program Manager and supports a statewide clinical systems transformation.

You will manage schedules, risks, and dependencies, coordinate data migration and system configuration, and produce clear documentation for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor program registers, schedules, milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across implementation workstreams.
  • Coordinate data migration, system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track progress, follow up outstanding actions, and elevate risks and issues to the Program Manager as required.
  • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining testing registers, defect logs, and status reports.
  • Support deployment readiness activities, post-go-live issue management, and warranty tracking.

Position Purpose

The Implementation Lead provides coordination, reporting, and administrative support across the Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) Program, reporting to the EoHR Program Manager within the CIO Portfolio.

Supporting a major statewide clinical systems transformation, this role helps facilitate the implementation of a centralised Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) solution, enabling a consistent, modern, and secure clinical information environment across partner agencies.

Role Accountabilities
